We created two TV spots designed to authentically connect with Hispanic seniors by portraying relatable, everyday scenarios that resonate with their experiences and values. Our goal was to avoid stereotypical portrayals and instead focus on moments that feel genuine and culturally inclusive, ensuring the tone, casting, and visuals reflect the diversity of the Hispanic community. By grounding the storytelling in warmth and familiarity, we aim to highlight ArchWell Health’s dedication to care while reinforcing the partnership with UHC in a way that feels trusted and welcoming.
